Personal information we collect

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order, contact you to inform you of current or new products and to improve you product selection and website experience by tracking your sales and making recommendations. Ratings and Reviews:
When you provide a rating or review of a Product, you consent to us using that rating or review as we deem fit, including without limitation on the Website, in newsletters or other marketing material. The name that will appear next to that rating or review is your First Name, as you would have provided upon registration. If you do not agree to this, please do not put any ratings or reviews on the Website. We will not display your Last Name, nor any of your contact details, with a rating or review.
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Returns
The provision of goods and services by Pomegranate Wellness is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Pomegranate Wellness will contact you with options
An order can be cancelled by the customer prior to payment. If payment is made by the customer, the order can then only be cancelled before the order is dispatched by Pomegranate Wellness.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, please inform Pomegranate Wellness within one working day of receiving it. We will then plan for a replacement product to be sent to you without charge.
If you receive the incorrect product, please contact Pomegranate Wellness within one working day. We will investigate on our side and arrange to exchange the incorrect product for the correct one without charge.
To be eligible for a return of an incorrect product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@pomegranatewellness.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact online@pomegranatewellness.com to arrange collection.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Pomegranate Wellness uses third part couriers to deliver your product.
Pomegranate Wellness' obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Pomegranate Wellness is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
Delivery time is dependent on location.
